1. General Information
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all purchases made through All Handles & Pulls (“the Seller”, “we”, “us”) via our online store. By placing an order, you (“the Buyer”, “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Orders and Contract Formation
A binding contract is concluded between the Buyer and the Seller when the Buyer completes an order and receives an order confirmation via email. The Buyer is responsible for ensuring that all information provided (including name, address, email, and phone number) is accurate.
If a pricing error, stock discrepancy, or other issue is detected after an order is placed, the Seller reserves the right to correct the error. The Buyer will then be notified and offered the opportunity to either confirm or cancel the order.
All images on the website are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual product in color, design, or appearance.
The Buyer must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to make a purchase. Orders placed under another person’s name without their consent will be reported to the authorities.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are stated in British pounds and include 20% VAT unless otherwise stated.
Payment can be made via:
- Card payment online (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
- PayPal
The Seller retains ownership of all goods until full payment has been received.
4. Delivery and Shipping
Products in stock are normally dispatched within 1–3 working days from our warehouse in Sweden. Delivery is made either directly to the Buyer’s mailbox, to the nearest collection point or directly to the door. That depends on the delivery option chosen by the Buyer. Notification will be sent via SMS or email when the order is available for collection. The standard delivery times are specified at checkout.
The Seller offers free shipping on all orders, unless otherwise chosen at checkout.
The Seller is not liable for delays caused by factors outside its control, such as strikes, transport issues, or delivery delays from suppliers.
If an ordered item is out of stock, the Buyer will be informed promptly and may choose to wait, replace the item, or cancel the order.
5. Unclaimed Shipments
Orders that are not accepted or collected and are returned to the Seller or its distributors will incur a return handling fee of 30% of the order value, plus the shipping costs both to and from the Buyer.
6. Right of Withdrawal (Consumer Distance Selling Act)
In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, private consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. We extend this period to 30 days.
To exercise this right, the Buyer must notify the Seller in writing (via email to [email protected] within 30 days of receipt.
The product must be returned in substantially the same condition and quantity as when received, and in its original packaging where possible. The Buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise agreed.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Custom-made or specially ordered products
- Goods that have been installed or used
Refunds will be made within 14 days after the Seller has received and approved the return.

7. Warranty
All products are covered by 2 years statutory warranty for manufacturing and material defects, in accordance with the Swedish Consumer Sales Act.
Damage resulting from incorrect installation, misuse, modification, or normal wear and tear is not covered by the warranty.
If a product defect arises within the warranty period, the Buyer should contact the Seller without undue delay. The Seller will, at its discretion, repair, replace, or refund the product.
8. Complaints and Defective Goods
If a product is faulty or defective, the Buyer must notify the Seller as soon as possible after discovery, and no later than within two months of detecting the issue.
Complaints should be submitted by email to [email protected], including the order number, product name, quantity, and a description (preferably with photos) of the defect.
Once the complaint is approved, the Seller will provide return instructions and cover the cost of return shipping.
Defective goods will primarily be replaced with a new, defect-free product. Refunds are provided only if replacement is not possible.
9. Inspection Upon Delivery
The Buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods upon receipt and verifying that the delivery corresponds to the order within five (5) business days. Any visible transport damage must be reported immediately to both the carrier and the Seller, including photos of the damage.
10. Liability and Reservations
The Seller reserves the right for typographical errors, product discontinuations, and unforeseen delays.
The Seller shall not be held liable for indirect or consequential damages such as loss of income or inconvenience caused by delays or defective goods.
11. Data Protection and Privacy (GDPR)
All Handles & Pulls processes personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Swedish data protection laws.

12. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, the Seller will comply with the recommendations of the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.
13. Force Majeure
Events beyond the Seller’s reasonable control, such as war, natural disasters, strikes, governmental actions, supplier failures, or comparable circumstances, shall be deemed force majeure. In such cases, the Seller is released from its obligations for the duration of the force majeure event.
